Terri Norvell is not your typical business woman. Yes, she is the founder of The Inner Prize training, consulting & coaching organization. And she is committed to working with companies to help them tap into the true power source of their organization--their people! She is an extremely high-energy speaker, workshop leader and performance facilitator with a focus on assisting people to gain greater knowledge, confidence and courage. But more than that, Terri lives by her ideas and philosophies. She practices what she preaches, so to speak!

Terri has quickly become one of the most requested presenters in the areas dealing with change, overcoming challenges, effective communication and taking bold actions. Her real world approach and practical ideas on personal accountability and self leadership provide ‘proof’ that greater results are possible! Her programs have empowered and inspired thousands of people in hundreds of cities both nationally and internationally.

Her business background includes a degree in Business Administration and more than 20 years experience in organizational development, business development, training, marketing and sales. Her experience includes serving as Vice President for a $1.2 B property management & development firm as the youngest female VP; and as General Manager for a $9 million temporary housing company. Terri also has extensive experience working in Product Management for the Grandma’s Cookies brand with Frito-lay; Hoffman Cheese Group with Anderson Clayton Foods; Convenience Foods Division with the 7-11/Southland Corporation.

Her community service highlights include serving as the President of the Mountain View Chamber of Commerce as their youngest-ever President. She was also Chairman and founding board member for the Performing Arts Center in Mountain View, CA, as well as a founding board member for the Housing Industry Foundation in the California Bay Area.
